Overview
Overview summarizes the selected project, formula metrics, parent lineage, and frozen trial history. Use its export menu for formula PDF or CSV files and, when a trial is selected, frozen trial PDF, CSV, or JSON records.
Formula
Formula parts are normalized to 100 percent. Target solution mass is calculated from the selected batch mass. Neat and solvent contributions use the working solution strength recorded on each formula line. Formula comparison reports material-level changes between the selected revision and its parent.
Bench
A bench run is a frozen snapshot. Recording an actual addition does not rewrite the source formula. Each row shows target, cumulative target, actual addition, variance, actual share, and neat contribution. Use the target control when the recorded addition exactly matches the target.
Choose either an absolute-gram or percentage tolerance for your own process. This tolerance is not a safety or compliance limit. Every recorded addition must be present, and every out-of-tolerance addition must include a deviation explanation, before the run can close.
Maturation
Maturation checkpoints are scheduled from the actual time the bench run closes. Record completion, structured observations, descriptive scores, and notes. The chart and comparison area summarize the selected trial and can compare it with another frozen trial using actual weighed composition and observations.
Materials
Materials contains the inventory control ledger, selected-formula stock plan, and searchable material register. The stock plan uses on-hand mass and the selected formula to estimate whole-trial capacity, identify the limiting material, and flag shortages for the next run.
Workspace backup and restore
In Materials, use Local Workspace to export the complete workspace as JSON. Import validates the schema, identifiers, references, and numeric values before presenting a replacement summary. Confirming the import replaces the current local workspace. Keep an export before replacing records you need.
Restore Sample Workspace replaces local projects, formula revisions, trials, and materials with the included fictional data. This action cannot be undone.
Files and privacy
Formula PDF and CSV files, frozen trial PDF, CSV, and JSON files, and workspace JSON backups are generated on the device. A file leaves Accordwright only after you choose a destination through Apple’s system interface. Read the privacy policy for the complete data boundary.
Safety and compliance
Accordwright performs arithmetic and recordkeeping only. It does not determine safe use, IFRA compliance, allergens, toxicology, labeling, stability, or legal status. Consult current supplier documentation and the official IFRA Standards documentation for every intended use.
Before reporting a problem
Include the Accordwright version and build, iOS or iPadOS version, device model, the workflow area involved, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not include confidential formula values in a public report.
